The goal of CLC is to ensure that those affected by the disaster have access to all the help they need to recover effectively, and to demonstrate their commitment to supporting the community.

Evaluation

The Climate and Sustainability Policy Research Group was commissioned by the South Australian Attorney General’s Department to evaluate the South Australian Bushfire Legal Project, piloted following the black summer of 2019/2020.

This report delivers an overview of the achievements, challenges and areas for improvement identified in the review undertaken.
